FEMTO LDV end-users:

Please contact your distributor if you experience any problem with your FEMTO LDV Laser System. Your distributor's address may be found in our Distributor Database. If you cannot locate a local distributor, or if you purchased your product directly from Ziemer Ophthalmics, please complete and submit a FEMTO LDV Repair / Complaint form and await further instructions.

Important Hint: Remote Support

All FEMTO LDV laser systems are equipped with hardware and software that permits extensive remote diagnostics and remote operation via an internet connection. When requesting technical support or applications support, please be sure to have your LDV system connected to a high-speed internet connection, to make it possible for us to help you quickly and efficiently.
