In this exciting and responsible role, you will support the controller in all tasks and duties in the area of finance and controlling. They deal with statistics and figures, annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, as well as monthly analysis of business figures.

Tasks

  • Participation in the ongoing monitoring of results on the basis of deviation and key figure analyses
  • Periodic analyses (e.g. turnover, sales, price and margin analyses) including presentation and derivation of measures, together with Head of Controlling
  • Intersection analyses, including recognition and derivation of trends
  • Profitability calculation of special offers including creation of tools/templates
  • Development and expansion of controlling tools in PowerBI according to the specifications of the Head of Controlling and/or CFO
  • Participation in the implementation of the forecast and budget process
  • Independent management/implementation of controlling projects
  • Analyses of the market and competitors, including estimation of market shares, growth rates, pricing policy, growth potential, etc.
  • Optimization of existing processes, systems and controlling instruments including reporting

Profile

  • Basic commercial training with business management training and further training with specialization in accounting and controlling, or in training
  • Sound knowledge of M365, very good ERP systems, experience in PowerBI and LucaNet an advantage
  • Ideally initial experience in controlling in an internationally oriented group of companies
  • Experience in the MedTech industry is an advantage
  • Independent, self-reliant personality with high self-motivation and structured way of working
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Reliable and precise way of working
  • Open personality with good communication skills in an international environment
  • Team player
  • German as mother tongue or comparable, good knowledge of English
