In this exciting role you will be responsible for leading the creation, editing, and production of high-quality video content, photography, 3D animations, graphic designs, and print media. In addition, you will be an integral part in supporting our marketing and creative teams. 

Tasks

  • Lead the production and editing of videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  • Capture high-quality images for various projects and events
  • Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
  • Storyboard and create 3D animations using programs such as Blender
  • Create visually appealing graphics and layouts using Adobe InDesign
  • Design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and magazines
  • Oversee multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Coach and Mentor junior multimedia designers, providing feedback and support
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to develop multimedia content
  • Contribute to the development of multimedia content strategies that align with company goals
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into projects

Profile

  • Training and further education in multimedia, graphic design, photography, 3D animations, film production, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multimedia production, video editing, photography, graphic design and print media
  • Expert knowledge in the fields of videography, video post production/editing, photography, photo post production/editing, graphic design and print media design & production, indcluding the necessary tools, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Industry experience an advantage
  • Leadership skills and experience in coaching and mentoring team members
  • Strong creative qualitites and ability to bring ideas to life
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel internationally 15 - 20 %
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
