International support is available Monday through Friday, from 7am to 10pm, and Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 6pm (CET). After hours support calls are automatically routed to the US Support line.
US and Canada support is available from 8am to 5pm (CST), Monday through Friday. After hours calls are routed to the on-call Support engineer.
