To strengthen our five-person HR team, we are looking for a communicative, creative, and service-oriented HR professional to cover a maternity leave from December 2026 to June 2027. If you’re interested and flexible, there’s the possibility of a longer-term collaboration.

Tasks

  • Organizing and coordinating applicant management across all open positions
  • Independently managing individual recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Supporting general HR tasks, as well as compiling statistics and reports
  • Maintaining and updating personnel data and digital personnel files
  • Assisting with the preparation of employment contracts, confirmations, and other HR documents
  • Supporting the organization and implementation of HR projects and internal personnel matters

Profile

  • At least two years of experience in human resources
  • Proficiency with Abacus HR softwareHigh level of initiative, solution-oriented, and service-oriented
  • Communicative, creative personality who enjoys working in a small team and interacting with all stakeholders
  • Proficiency with electronic media and MS Office products
  • Business-fluent in German, good command of English; additional languages are a plus
