In this exciting and diverse role, you will plan and organize international congresses, trade fairs, and events, showcase our brand effectively, and ensure compelling communication around our events. You will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, take on responsibility, and work closely with our international team and external partners.

Tasks

  • Planning, organizing, and managing international congresses, trade fairs, and events – from the initial idea through to successful on-site execution.
  • Further developing the global event program and ensuring a consistent, compelling brand presence in collaboration with our subsidiaries and partners.
  • Coordinating internal and external partners, agencies, and service providers while ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and budgets.
  • Developing and coordinating communication around our events – before, during, and after each event – across various digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinating internal and external newsletters and email campaigns, as well as contributing to a variety of marketing projects.
  • Monitoring current trends, evaluating the success of marketing activities, and contributing new ideas to further develop our international event marketing.

Profile

  • Further education or training in marketing and/or event management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in organizing and managing events, trade fairs, or congresses, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills, a confident professional manner, and an enthusiasm for intercultural collaboration.
  • Fluent in English, with good German language skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with an affinity for digital marketing tools and an interest in new technologies and AI applications.
  • Flexibility, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for international assignments (approximately 25–35% travel).
