Tasks

Preparing and processing complex sales quotes
Coordinating and processing sales and service orders
Handling customs and transportation processes in an international context
Organizing international shipments, including export documentation
Processing service returns
Working closely with internal departments (Purchasing, Production, Logistics)

Profile

Basic training as a commercial clerk or in logistics, with additional commercial training
Additional education in export operations is a plus
Experience in export processing and international shipping
Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, ERP systems
Excellent German and good English skills (French is a plus)
Structured, independent, and customer-oriented work style
Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
