Do you enjoy coordinating international orders, optimizing ordering and logistics processes, and serving as the central point of contact between sales, logistics, and customer service? Then you’ve come to the right place!

Tasks

  • Preparing and processing complex sales quotes
  • Coordinating and processing sales and service orders
  • Handling customs and transportation processes in an international context
  • Organizing international shipments, including export documentation
  • Processing service returns
  • Working closely with internal departments (Purchasing, Production, Logistics)

Profile

  • Basic training as a commercial clerk or in logistics, with additional commercial training
  • Additional education in export operations is a plus
  • Experience in export processing and international shipping
  • Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, ERP systems
  • Excellent German and good English skills (French is a plus)
  • Structured, independent, and customer-oriented work style
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
